Consultation
A fitness professional (Fit Pro) will sit with you in person or remotely to go over your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par Q), a form consisting of questions relating to health and medical issues that will determine your ability to begin an exercise regimen. Once completed, the questionnaire is reviewed by the Fit Pro, who will then address any health issues checked off on the form. The information gathered in this stage will be used to establish the initial steps to take for your performance assessment.

Performance Assessment
The performance assessment focuses on capabilities, beginning with breathing flexibility, balance, and functional movement; followed by basic body weight exercises to determine muscle strength and endurance. It concludes with a low intensity cardio vascular evaluation such as a three minute step test, jumping in place, or jump-rope. The data gathered provides the necessary information to create a specific plan.

Independent workout is when client opts for prescription only, whereby they go through the consultation and assessment process and then choose to use the plan prescribed on their own.
One-on-One Coaching is typically time sensitive goal oriented where the client has a specific objective and adheres to the method and intensity laid out by the Fit Pro to reach a desired result or results within a scope of time.
Exercise Guidance is for participants with a limited desire to learn specifics or reach particular goals, and has the means to workout indefinitely with the preference of a coach administering the Method 4C program in an effort to achieve overall health and wellness.
Exercise Instruction is an approach geared toward lifestyle changes where the aim is to teach mechanics and techniques of exercises so you can work-out independently. As Exercise Instruction is broken down into phases it is often interchangeable with One-on-One Coaching depending on duration of training, and/or a deviation from the initial motivation.
Spartan Coaching is provided for individuals who wish to train for a Spartan Race. The training is broken down into three 4-week phases that get you prepared for the competition as well as leave you with the tools to get fit and stay fit.

Prescription
Once the assessment is complete, the Fit Pro will devise and prescribe a specific, individualized program to be performed at home, the gym, or even when traveling. Prescriptions utilize Fit-Stasis' Method 4C, an approach developed by Kirkland Troy that's comprised of a low- to high-intensity interval workout that integrates the entire body with the intent to improve function and addresses all components of fitness: muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, lean muscle mass, core, balance, agility/mobility and coordination in every single session.
However, prescriptions are broken down into three 6 - 8 week phases, depending on progress.
Phase One addresses breathing, flexibility, and functional movement and uses body weight to enhance core, coordination, and mobility.
Phase Two will focus on conditioning, cardio, and calisthenics, to improve cardiovascular fitness and stamina and promote efficiency.
Phase Three, the final phase, involves resistance training which primarily requires weights to strengthen and build muscle. The union of each phase will establish a regimen and foundation that is comprehensive, efficient, and more importantly, sustainable to ensure that goals are not only met, but maintained.
Most workouts require some equipment. If necessary, a list of suggestions will be added to your prescription to ensure exercises are performed sufficiently.

Your Fit Pro will initiate and walk you through portions of your prescription so that you understand the language and function of each exercise.
Workouts last for either 30 or 60 minutes depending on your prescription. They also include a wide variety of exercises that permit room for you to alter the sequence in a way that prevents monotony, challenges the body, and methodically regulates the intensity without disrupting the rhythm, timing, or intent.

Follow-Ups
If required, you will receive a complimentary upgrade, which includes added exercises to expand your repertoire and increase the level of difficulty. You will also receive a follow-up at the end of each phase to evaluate progress and address any questions or concerns.
