Our Mission

It’s time to rethink your approach to exercise, but often the question is: “Where do I begin?”


Most jump in blindly with a modicum of knowledge in fitness. Few hire a personal trainer and are typically directed to do random sets and reps, thus walking away having learned nothing when that relationship ends. Some follow videos which are useful, but in most cases, become crutches. For others, walking or jogging take precedence followed by group-ex classes, and when it comes to resistance (weight) training, machines are often the chosen method.


They are one dimensional and thus create more of a comfort zone than an expansion of exercise cognizance, limiting the potential for substantial progress.

Who We Are

Fit-Stasis is led by proprietor and fitness professional Kirk Troy, who has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. We are an exercise consulting group that specializes in constructing and prescribing personalized fitness regimens that allow you to implement, and have at your fingertips, a clear and detailed plan that will remove the confusion often linked to exercise.


Although we also provide one-on-one training, we are the only establishment that provides exercise instruction. We focus on teaching the proper mechanics and techniques by employing a series of guided phases, with the intent to empower you to exercise independently—a strength vital in light of the looming COVID concerns.
